The last 30 days I spent time hopping around the US - literally east coast to west coast. It was such a lovely time to see family and old friends. It's amazing the version of yourself that people remember and the difference that time can make - you still remain the same at your core.

I'm 30 now... geesh, this trip also made me more aware of my "adultness". I'm not old, I'm mature... seasoned lol
I have a lot on my mind and I want to leave these thoughts for you, dear reader...
Always follow your gut, no matter how small or how much it doesn't quite make sense at the time.
Walk away from people and things that are not bringing positivity and light in your life.
Always 'pick you'... every time.
On this trip I replaced a pandora ring I bought years ago when I was going through a transition in my life, the irony that the very thing that this ring represented for that transition is taking place again... another transition.
Another fresh start.
Reflect on your memories, smile at the good ones and learn from the bad ones.
Every day is a new day to be great.
